Airports in Thailand: Bangkok

Regulations of airports in Thailand, whether it is an international airport or one operating domestic flights, are essential for travellers to take notice of for a safer and more secure journey. A Bangkok airport can be quite overwhelming.

Suvarnabhumi Airport is one of the busiest airports in the world for both domestic and international flights. Travellers departing and arriving from this airport should be aware of the time and traffic before getting there.

Conveniently, at the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, there is an airport shuttle bus and a sky train known as the Airport Rail Link located on the B floor that takes passengers from the airport through central Bangkok. Even more, the Airport Rail link also connects with other transportation options like the Petchaburi underground train station (MRT) and the Phaya Thai sky train station (BTS), making it even easier for travellers to go to other places around Bangkok.

As for Don Mueang International Airport, it is the second busiest airport in Bangkok. The most common airlines include Nok Air, Thai Lion Air, and Air Asia. However, travellers can also travel from Don Mueang International Airport to other countries in Asia as well.
